How does pairing work?
You pair by sharing a personal invite link from inside the app. Nothing is shared between you until your partner opens it and accepts — pairing only happens once you have both agreed to it.
What happens if my partner never joins?
Nothing on your account changes. You are not paired with anyone until they accept your invite, so you are free to send a new one any time — to the same person, or someone else.
How do I unpair?
You can unpair from inside the app whenever you want to. Either of you can do it, and you do not need the other’s agreement. Once you unpair, your accounts are no longer linked and each of you keeps your own account.
How do I delete my account?
From inside the app, or by emailing us. Ouraccount deletion pagehas the full steps, plus exactly what gets removed and what we keep.

iOS and Android.
